Privacy:

Midwest Technical Associates (MTA -- parent company of My Bullet) does not sell, rent or give customer information to anyone -- period. The only correspondence you will receive from MTA will be in response to your inquiries, in the course of good customer service, to confirm shipping info if necessary, etc. We do not advertise sales and specials to customers via e-mail unless expressly requested. Personal and financial information gathered for the purpose of accepting a customer order is used only to process the order or to contact the customer if there is a problem processing the order. Your privacy and online ordering security are of the utmost importance to us and are hereby assured.

Order Processing

Credit cards will show billing by "My Bullet." Barring any questions or need to clarify anything about an order, My Bullet keyrings are typically engraved within three business days of successful payment transaction date with shipment the following workday. Shipment via USPS First Class mail from Bristol, VA.

Product Returns

As all My Bullet keyrings are custom orders, return for refund will only be honored if we botch the spelling on your name. Your option for full refund or replacement at no cost to you if it's our error. We'll engrave the bullet exactly as you specify on the order form, so if YOU botch the spelling no refund will be forthcoming. Returns must be approved in advance. Obligatory Lead Warning

Surprise, surprise. These products may contain lead, though unless damaged the lead should be thoroughly covered by the copper full metal jacket (FMJ). Nonetheless, don't put these in your mouth or let your babies play with them as you should know that's right where they will go. These bullets could be a source of lead poisoning if ingested.
